Dream Halloween Participants~
Thank you so much for your participation in submitting an original work of art for this year’s Art Show and Dream Halloween auction event. Your support was greatly appreciated!
Your dedication and willingness to support clearly displayed pride, professionalism and great teamwork, and I hope you had as much fun bringing it together as I did. The Art Preview and Dream Halloween
was a HUGE success and your contribution was greatly appreciated by CAAF and the children who will be helped by the proceeds of the event.
We received over 80 pieces of art, of which 70 pieces were original works of art. There were entries from 12 different locations and donators spanned from a wide range of functions within the company. This was definitely an impressive turnout.
CAAF was very grateful for your participation and saw it as a huge success and looks forward to a version for next year.
Together, we are making a difference in the lives of children.
Thanks again; great job!

PROCESS
A panel of judges will determine the optimal pieces for auction. Once the final art is selected, the judges will categorize the final selected art into three levels of professionalism (Professional, Skilled, Amateur) to assist in managing the value of the starting bids and volume of donations. While the need for categorization is recognized, the judges understand and respect the passion and effort each contributor placed into their work of art.
Prior to the Dream Halloween event, all final pieces will be part of an on-line auction to kick-off the initial bidding process. All participants in the on-line auction portion will be given an opportunity to submit one last ‘highest bid’ that will be taken into account during the formal silent auction at the Dream Halloween event.
